Standard Shock Mount

This shock mount was designed to be minimally intrusive to the engine bay while allowing you to fit a larger shock on your 4x4. The bolt on design allows you to make the decision if you want to weld it, or keep it removable as your project progresses. The fully boxed structure was designed with strength in mind, however, if you are running coilovers, we suggest fabricating a cross-brace to tie the two mounts together. These mounts were originally designed around a 1970 GMC K2500 with 4.5" lift leaf springs running a 12"x3.0 bypass shock.

Additional Info:

- Standard Mount locates the top of the shock 9.37" from the top of the frame rail and 5.9" from the outside of the frame rail

- Kit Includes Lower shock mounts (welding required)

- Extended Mount locates the top of the shock 13.125" from the top of the frame rail and 5.188" from the outside of the frame rail
